Draper and Kramer Agency Corporation (DKAC) strongly believes in
protecting the confidentiality and security of information we

request for insurance products or services, reporting claims,
administering insurance products and services, and processing

of underwriting, issuing and servicing your policy of insurance,
as well as conducting claims activities that become necessary on
your behalf. We may also use the information to offer you other
insurance products and services that DKAC provides.

information or need additional information, we may obtain
information from third parties such as your representatives,
other insurers and consumer reporting agencies. Information
collected may relate to your finances, health, employment,
avocations or other personal characteristics as well as
transactions with us or with others.

Our employees may access information only when there is an appropriate reason to
do so, such as to administer or offer our products or services, and are required
to protect the confidentiality of your information.

parties, including insurance companies, brokers and reinsurers
that are similarly obligated under state and federal privacy
laws, when we believe it necessary in our pursuit of binding
insurance coverage on your behalf or the conduct of our
business, or where disclosure is required by law. This may
include information such as your name, address, social security
number, assets and income; information about your transactions
with us, our affiliates or others, such as your policy coverage,
premiums, and payment history; and information we receive from a
consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and
credit history. We may disclose all of the information we
collect, as described above.
Non Affiliated Third Parties:
We will not share your information with non-affiliated third
parties except as permitted by law, and only under arrangements
that we believe will provide value to you. If you prefer that we
not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to
