Staff Biographies

Harriet Nawrocki, CIC - Vice President -
Harriet has devoted her career to the management of the insurance needs of property owners and property managers, joining Draper and Kramer Agency in 1981. She holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Illinois and has extensive experience in the excess and surplus lines placement of earthquake coverage in California and for the New Madrid Fault in the Midwest and windstorm coverage in Florida. Harriet has established a relationship of trust with key clients by listening to their needs, responding immediately to phone calls, answering requests and simply getting the job done without excuses or delays. The quality and depth of Harriet's abilities are expressed by the ten-year continuous relationship she has enjoyed with the property ownership corporation of one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Harriet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University.

Wanda Kelly, CIC - Account Executive -
Wanda joined Draper and Kramer on May 2, 2005. Wanda has over 30 years experience in the insurance business, having worked both with agencies and companies. Wanda has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since 1996 and kept the certification current with annual institutes to keep her abreast of the changes in the industry. She has a property and casualty license for the State of Illinois. She has experience handling a variety of types of risks and is now specializing in Condominium Association insurance programs. Wanda has spoken to Condominium Association Board meetings both about their current insurance coverages and exposures as well as regarding general questions which might affect the Condominium Association's insurance. Wanda has been very successful in putting together several individual Condominium Associations programs, tailored to meet the needs of that association.  

Dawn Perduto - Assistant Account Executive -
Dawn joined Draper and Kramer Agency in October, 2005. She has 7 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked extensively with contractors insurance, builders risk exposures, manufacturers and mid-size real estate account portfolios. She maintains a strong customer service background along with analytical skills to review insurance programs and provide cost effective solutions for prospective clients. Dawn's education includes studies in Business Administration. She holds a property and casualty license in the state of Illinois.

Rhonda Vaughn - Customer Service Representative -
Rhonda provides service for all of our personal lines clients. This includes assisting them with billing problems, providing evidence of insurance to their lenders, providing information on new insurance coverage and products that may be of benefit to them, processing changes to their policies and simply answering questions. She has spearheaded the personal insurance servicing for our clients since 1989. Rhonda completed the Robert Morris College Business Certificate Program and is presently completing the classes for her INS designation. She holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Illinois.

Patrick Doyle, ARM - Risk Manager -
Patrick specializes in risk management for property owners and property managers.  He has built his knowledge of special use, residential, retail and office building operations for Draper and Kramer. His scope of knowledge includes litigation review and coordination of services with insurance carriers, attorneys and owner's representatives, and federal mandates for OSHA compliance of safety standards and reporting of work related injuries. Patrick also manages the tracking of certificates of insurance in proprietary database for Draper & Kramer Incorporated. Patrick's greatest skills as defined by his clients and coworkers include his attention to detail and organizational skills. Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Katherine Hanson - Assistant Risk Manager -
Katie began her insurance career in 2000 in the claim department of Wausau Insurance Company. She excelled in handling claims for a large national real estate client and developed the relationship to help in reducing the number of claims and size of settlements. Katie also has a wealth of experience in handling workers compensation claims. She is spearheading the workers compensation return to work programs at Draper and Kramer. Katie is also administering the training and auditing of the tenant certificate tracking program for one of our key clients. Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Geography with an emphasis in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire. She maintains a Property and Casualty License in the state of Illinois.  Katie is currently pursuing her CPCU designation.
