Insurance Marketing & Placement

• Review COPE underwriting of all elements of your property.
• Review, analyze and present info on all significant property losses.
• Discuss account with all viable underwriters for commitments of consideration.
• Deliver complete submissions to all committed underwriters.
• Provide matrix comparison of all quotes showing coverage, terms and conditions.
• Provide our recommendation

Documentation and Policy & Endorsement Review

• Written documentation of all quotes, agreements and negotiations completed with underwriters are kept in an organized fashion for reference and disclosure.
• Review of policy coverage, terms and conditions for accuracy to coverage quoted and bound.
• Requests for corrections and follow-up until all endorsements are received and approved.
• Changes to the policy during the year are sent to the insurance company same day. Expectation for endorsement receipt is 30 days. Follow-up is continued until an accurate endorsement is received.

Contractual Concerns

• Review of Condo Association  Declarations and Bylaws for of association and unit owner responsibilities
• Review of lease agreements, easements and service/contractor agreements for clarity of language of the insurance requirements.
• Fulfill role as advocate in negotiations to achieve the most favorable mix of risk transfer and insurance requirements.
• Assessment of insurance market restraints relative to insurance requirements (i.e. building ordinance, certified and non-certified terrorism).

Certificate of Insurance Concerns

• Same day certificate issuance service.
• Automatic issuance of certificates at renewal.
• Flexibility of distribution of certificates per instructions specific to each need.
• Review of certificates of insurance provided by lessors, service providers and contractors as needed.


Communication Concerns

• Semi-annual review of the insurance account activity and losses more frequently based on activity.
• We are available to our clients during normal business hours. We will accommodate off-hour needs with the use of pagers, cell phones and prearrangements.
• We will provide analysis of insurance market changes that will affect pricing and availability on an ongoing basis. We will provide you with our renewal recommendations based on our expectations of the coming year in advance.
